Job Description:

Wolseley Industrial Group is seeking career driven candidates with a strong technical aptitude and a sales interest to begin in our Valve & Automation Technical Program.

What does training look like?

  • You will spend the first five months with us in Cincinnati, OH, focusing on products, capabilities, computer systems, and our sales process.

What will I do after training?

  • Relocate to Cincinnati, OH, Baltimore, MD, Long Beach, CA, Stockton, CA or Rockford, IL

  • Partner with Area Sales Managers and Outside Sales to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics specific to increase sales revenues and market share

  • Maintain a high degree of industry knowledge and awareness, including trends, technology, competitive landscape and project activity related to our business and customers businesses.

  • Become technically proficient in the sales and service of Valves and Services in our portfolio.

  • Identify, establish and maintain business relationships with key decision makers and sponsors

  • Maintain a technical understanding of customers business, markets and applications to promote value added solutions.

  • Engage in team sales efforts of all products and services for key accounts.

An Associate’s Degree or 4 years of military experience is required. Apply today !
