Job Function and Responsibilities - The Sales Job family merchandise, promotes and sells the company's products and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, managing existing customers, vendor relationships and monitoring customer and competitor activity. Positions in outside sales are responsible for selling the organization's products or services to new business customers.
